Pat contacted us with a vision to improve his properties façade and street appeal, along with creating some sound blocking with new double glazed windows. We worked with Pat on transforming his brick home into a beautifully cladded property which suits the area perfectly. We added James Hardie cladding to sections of the home, but a lot of the external walls were cladded in a beautiful Australian Sandstone. Every window and door were swapped out for brand new double glazed, with some modifications to make area’s of the home more accessible. In addition, as the project evolved we renovated the downstairs basement, and completed all landscaping works which involved creating new seating areas, building decks, paving areas with recycled bricks and weathering steel garden edging.
