Overview
Daniel Cowley designed home for clients Matt & Erin.
Daniel who specialises in heritage conservation has drawn on his experience in this field to create a beautiful home that aesthetically blends in to the blue mountains landscape while also demanding your attention at the same.
Matt & Erin are both creatives themselves, working in design. They meticulously selected every detail which made the build very exciting as it evolved.
On a gradually sloping block we worked with water retaining issues but it worked in their favour creating that beautiful grand street presence you can see in the photos.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are all at the front of the home, connected by the epic hallway that leads you down to the living space with its beautiful cathedral ceiling. This ceiling was engineered on site by Brendan pulling from his experience with framing and creating beautiful spaces. The end result creates a beautiful moment as you enter through the front door and look straight down to the living.
We know Matt & Erin are enjoying their new home, along with their 2 little girls.
